JOB REQUIREMENTS: \* Provide technical support \* Troubleshooting \*
Pricing and problem solving to customers and internal departments \*
Performing take offs \* Submitting pricing to customers \* Supplying
submittals and performance data to customers, Engineers and Contractors
\* Working with internal departments and Product Managers to provide
feedback on competitiveness, software, the rep system and the website \*
Taking parts calls and submitting a quote to contractors/customers -
Followup \* Building relationships with Contractors and Engineers \*
Assisting in the achievement of department goals and objectives \* Other
duties as assigned \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: \*
Outstanding customer service and communication skills \* Self motivated
muiti-tasker, detailed oriented with a mechanical aptitude \* Must be
proficient in Microsoft Office programs and have the ability to read
small print/font \* Limited travel \* Experience in HVAC is preferred
but not necessary \* Great work ethic, positive attitude and reliable
