Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support the HVAC service and maintenance team
- Ensure compliance with safety, company policies, and regulations
- Conduct evaluations, training, and employee development
- Resolve personnel issues and customer concerns promptly
- Recommend system upgrades and improvements as needed
- Schedule and prioritize service calls for efficiency
- Oversee preventive maintenance tasks and timelines
- Enforce safety protocols and minimize risks
- Manage inventory, budgets, and resource allocation
- Stay current on HVAC trends and train staff accordingly
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
- 5-10 years of proven HVAC industry experience in service and maintenance leadership
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Ability to coach, train, and evaluate technicians
- Knowledge of scheduling, dispatching, and inventory processes
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in dynamic environments
Compensation & Schedule
- Earnings: $85K-$95K annually + performance bonuses
