The Opportunity

As GM, you’ll oversee an $10M operation with a 35-person team across HVAC and Plumbing. You’ll shape strategy, empower leaders, and drive execution to deliver on growth, quality, and profitability.

What You’ll Do

Lead operations, service, and install teams to achieve operational and financial excellence.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Execute on growth goals aligned to the brand’s vision and TurnPoint’s broader platform strategy.
Develop future leaders, ensuring Wolfgang’s remains a destination employer in the Tempe area.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in HVAC or home services leadership with multi-department oversight.
