What You’ll Do

As our HVAC Sales Manager, you’ll drive revenue growth, coach and develop a motivated team, and execute sales strategies that align with our business goals. You’ll be a key player in ensuring our customers receive best-in-class service and our team exceeds performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Develop the Sales Team: Inspire and guide a team of sales reps and support staff through coaching, goal setting, and performance reviews.
Drive Revenue Growth: Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue and profit goals in the residential HVAC market.
Achieve Key KPIs: Monitor conversion rates, deal sizes, and lead quality—adjust strategies as needed to stay on track.
Optimize Sales Processes: Align sales workflows with company initiatives and collaborate with marketing and operations for seamless execution.
Use Data to Drive Decisions: Analyze performance data, market insights, and customer trends to improve efficiency and results.
Partner with Leadership: Set financial targets with senior leadership and drive initiatives that impact bottom-line performance.

What You Bring

Proven success in sales leadership within HVAC, home services, or a similar industry
Strong team leadership and coaching skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
High energy, results-driven mindset, and a passion for developing people
