Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Lead project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to keep projects on track.
- Manage project budgets, ensure accurate estimating, and track expenses to avoid overruns.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Foster business development opportunities by building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience with estimating and budgeting for construction projects.
- Familiarity with HVAC and plumbing systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
