Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and key clients.

Product Expertise

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, HVAC Technology, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or territory management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and market dynamics preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
