We are looking for a mechanical engineer who specializes in HVAC design, with a minimum of 5 years experience. Experience with design of multi-family buildings is prefered, and any plumbing design experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare schematic design, design development and construction drawings.
- Coordination with architects to integrate the HVAC systems within the buildings
- Coordination with other consultants (I.E. plumbing, electrical, structural , etc.) to ensure the needs of each discipline are accounted for in the design.
- Reviewing and respond to construction submittals and RFIs
- Attending site walks
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience with HVAC design, preferably with multi-family buildings
- Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience designing plumbing systems is a plus.
