Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Foreman located in San Diego, CA. The HVAC Foreman will oversee the daily operations of HVAC projects, manage and supervise a team of installers, and ensure that all work meets safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, managing heavy equipment, performing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and lead a team
- Experience with Heavy Equipment and performing Maintenance tasks
- Strong Communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members
- Knowledge and experience in Carpentry
- Relevant certifications in HVAC and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Prior experience in commercial HVAC projects is a plus
