What You will Do:

Lead and Grow – Oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and top-tier customer satisfaction
Drive Performance – Establish and exceed revenue, profitability, and customer service goals
Develop Talent – Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing teams across sales, service, and operations

What We are Looking For:

Proven Leadership – Minimum of 5 years in a General Manager, Regional Manager, or similar leadership role
Strong Business Acumen – Experience managing a P&L, driving sales growth, and optimizing operations
People-First Mentality – Ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
Customer-Driven Mindset – Commitment to delivering outstanding service and fostering customer loyalty
Process-Oriented Thinker – Ability to implement and improve systems for efficiency and scalability
Education - Bachelor's degree with an advanced degree preferred
