Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Branch Manager at Solar Supply, located in Arlington, Texas.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality customer service, managing customer satisfaction, and coordinating sales efforts related to HVAC systems. The role entails direct sales and supervision of staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Additionally, Branch Manager must coordinate sales strategies with the Territory & Refgional Managers to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Expertise in HVAC systems
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Sales and ability to drive sales targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work on-site in Arlington, TX
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant certifications in HVAC and Plumbing are a plus
- Prior wholesale Plumbing, HVAC or related field is preferred
