Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with a strong background in HVAC, mechanical, or plumbing systems? We’re looking for a Commercial Construction Account Executive to join our growing team in Woodinville, WA, and play a key role in delivering high-value solutions for commercial construction projects.
In this role, you’ll:
- Build and strengthen relationships with general contractors, developers, architects, and engineers
- Identify and secure new commercial construction projects
- Lead the sales process from lead generation through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Collaborate with estimating, design, and operations teams to align customer needs with company capabilities
- Champion client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in sales, account management, or business development in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of mechanical/plumbing systems and construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Proficiency in solution-based sales techniques with strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years in mechanical/plumbing sales OR project management, OR 10+ years of field leadership experience
