Responsibilities:
* Service, repair, and maintain HVAC systems across residential and light commercial projects
* Diagnose and resolve complex system issues quickly and accurately
* Provide professional communication and recommendations to homeowners and businesses
* Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Proven HVAC experience with residential and light commercial equipment
* Strong knowledge of variable speed, zoning, and multi-stage systems
* Hands-on experience with new equipment lines and advanced HVAC technology
* Trane product expertise preferred
* Solid understanding of light commercial HVAC applications
* Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
* EPA certification and valid driver’s license
