🛠️ What You’ll Do

Lead and develop a dynamic HVAC team of Service Techs, Installers, and Admin Support (11 direct reports).
Standardize and improve processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
Handle escalated customer issues and deliver a 5-star service experience.
Track and improve key metrics—dollar per service call, tune-ups completed, revenue generated, and callback rates.
Use ServiceTitan and MarketSharp daily to keep operations running smoothly.
Travel across Maryland to check on projects, meet your team, or support customers.

🌟 What We’re Looking For

5+ years of HVAC industry experience with solid technical know-how.
Proven leadership managing teams of 10+ people.
CFC Certification & at least journeyman-level license.
Experience with ServiceTitan (preferred) and CRM systems like MarketSharp.
A collaborative, innovative leader with top-tier listening and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
