Seeking candidates for a Director of Commercial HVAC Sales due to growthfor an innovative HVAC manufacturer in Fort Wayne, IN. (On-site role, with some travel. Must live in Fort Wayne, IN.)
Ideal candidates will have with strong HVAC technical knowledge, and Domestic Hot Water (DHW) and/or acquisition/merger experience.
Director of Commercial HVAC Sales Specifics:
- Lead/oversee the Commercial Rep Network strategy, serving the North American market in HVAC and Domestic Hot Water (DHW) systems.
- Acquisition or merger background is a plus!
- Ability to travel as required - Approximately 33%; majority within a 5hr radius
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field of study.
- 10 years of technical sales team leadership and/or market development experience with a proven track record of sales growth.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC - engineering side
- Experience with Manufacturing Reps.
- Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively engage at all levels within an organization (both internal/external).
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
