Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC/R Instructor located in Horn Lake, MS. The HVAC/R Instructor will be responsible for teaching and training students in HVAC technology, developing and implementing curriculum, conducting practical and theoretical instruction, and maintaining classroom equipment. Additional responsibilities include evaluating student performance, providing guidance and support, and ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HVAC
- Skills in Curriculum Development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
- Teaching certification or relevant experience is a plus
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols
- 3 years minimum in HVAC field.
- EPA Certified
