The Role:
This is a leadership position for someone who understands that details drive excellence. From the quality of an installation to the thorough and accurate diagnosis of an HVAC issue, the small things are what earn customer trust and protect long-term performance.
As our HVAC Service & Install Manager, you'll set the standard for that attention to detail and help your team develop the same mindset. Your role combines daily coaching with active oversight of service technicians and install crews. That means reviewing work for accuracy and craftsmanship, mentoring apprentices as they grow, and ensuring every job meets Action's expectations for professionalism and customer care.
Just as important, you'll help HVAC technicians strengthen their communication with homeowners. That includes teaching them how to explain recommendations clearly, present options with confidence, and ensure customers feel fully informed before making decisions. By coaching both technical skill and communication, you'll equip your team to deliver not only great work, but also a great experience.
This position offers competitive base pay, plus bonuses based on your team's performance. A relocation package is also available for the right candidate.
