Job Description
**What you will do:**
This position is fully responsible for the organization and operation of the Technical Support Services function for the branch. A company vehicle will be provided for the travel portion of this position. **This is a remote role, but this person must reside between Fort Piece and Miami-Dade to be considered for the role.**
How You Will Do It
- Provide technical support of York product to customers in regard to installation, application, service problems, and performance issues either by phone or on-site.
- Support branch personnel in application and technical information of previous, current, and new products.
- Comfortable facilitating training for HVAC contractors
- Supervise, monitor, and fulfill warranty obligations on the UPG product line.
- Develops, assembles and/or facilitates technical, service and/or products training for Contractors.
- Assist branch personnel in determination of necessary parts inventory for new products or parts relative to service letters.
- Resolution of customer complaints, working with the dealer, the consumer, and factory customer relations towards highest possible resolution satisfactory to all parties.
- Advise and distribute as necessary Service and Service-Tips letters.
Qualifications
**What We Look For**
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combined education and experience.
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
- A minimum of 10 years HVAC (residential & commercial) field experience as a successful service manager or with a Distributor/OEM
- Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including email and Microsoft Office software.
- Effective and professional customer communication, organization skills and time management.
- Strong leadership skills and professional creativity.
- Effective teaching abilities; ability to conduct classroom HVAC trainings with contractors
- Ability to travel up to 40% (This territory will cover Fort Pierce to the Miami Dade area)
