Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HVAC Service Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically proficient individual who thrives on leading a team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of HVAC service and maintenance, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality control. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple technicians.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As an HVAC Service Manager, your primary duties will include

Supervising, training, and mentoring a team of HVAC technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Overseeing the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial buildings.
Coordinating with project managers and other construction team members to ensure HVAC work aligns with the overall project timeline and budget.
Developing and implementing HVAC maintenance procedures and standards to ensure operational efficiency.
Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any issues or concerns.
Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
Participating in the preparation of budgets and cost estimates for HVAC projects.
Keeping abreast of latest HVAC technology and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting role, you must possess the following:

A minimum of 8 years of experience in the commercial HVAC service industry
Proven experience as an HVAC Service Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC service and maintenance procedures.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic and servicing tools and equipment.
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different job sites.
