Title: HVAC Service Manager

Location: 100 % Remote – CA/CO Territory

Expected Duration: Full time - FTE

Salary: $81,000 to $110,000 Per Year

Job description:

As a Service Manager for either Norther California, Southern California or Denver Colorado, you are responsible for leading operations in your assigned territory to achieve corporate goals and maintain exceptional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead HVAC/R service operations across assigned territory
Manage, train, and support field technicians (performance, scheduling, quality)
Drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
Oversee service delivery, contracts, and SLAs (response time, quality, backlog)
Troubleshoot complex commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems remotely/on-site
Manage vendors, subcontractors, and customer relationships
Track performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement
Support hiring, onboarding, and technician development

Required Qualifications:

5+ years in HVAC/R service + team leadership
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC & refrigeration systems (RTU, chillers, walk-ins, EMS)
Experience managing field service teams & service operations
EPA certification preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel as needed
