You’ll be the command center for all things facilities—strategic planning, daily operations, compliance, and continuous improvement. From HVAC to hydraulics, café services to capital projects, you’ll oversee a sprawling site that demands precision, agility, and vision. You’ll manage a diverse team, interface with global stakeholders, and ensure the facility runs like a well-oiled machine.

Your Mission

Own the full scope of facilities operations, maintenance, and repair across a dynamic industrial campus
Lead space planning for manufacturing equipment, office layouts, and development installations
Drive compliance with ISO14001, ISO9001, and OHSAS 18001 standards
Manage vendor relationships, outsourced services, and competitive bidding processes
Oversee café services, safety systems, inspections, and risk management protocols
Champion uptime, efficiency, and cost control across all facility systems
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Report on project status, breakdowns, and strategic recommendations
Maintain the site in “like new” condition—because excellence never rests

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field + 5 years of facility engineering experience in manufacturing
Deep knowledge of HVAC, mechanical/electrical systems, plumbing, BMS controls, and IT infrastructure
Strong grasp of ADA, life safety, NFPA 70E, and security systems
Proven leadership in managing skilled trades and cross-functional teams
Experience with budgeting, financial audits, and multicultural workforce engagement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management systems
Strategic mindset with the stamina to thrive in a high-speed, high-stakes environment
