Anticipate $85,000 - $100,000 base salary plus performance-based commission

Responsibilities:

Oversee and mentor a small team of technicians, ensuring efficient scheduling, performance, and quality standards.
Prospect and develop new business opportunities, including in-person visits, follow-ups, and converting prospects to full-service clients.
Perform on-site refrigerant recoveries using specialized equipment, adhering to EPA regulations and safety protocols.
Assist with cylinder exchanges and operational support as needed.
Track activities in CRM, collaborate with internal teams on billing and follow-up, and report on recovery volumes and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

5+ years in HVAC, refrigerant recovery, or environmental services.
Proven experience in outside sales or business development.
EPA Universal Certification required.
Experience managing field or technical staff preferred.
Comfortable with physical labor, operating recovery machines, and handling cylinders.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Proficient in CRM tools, digital work orders, and mobile apps.
Clean driving record and ability to travel within the NYC metro area.
