A growing HVAC company is seeking a strong, results-driven HVAC Service Manager to lead its service department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can lead technicians effectively, and is focused on delivering exceptional customer experience while driving revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of HVAC service technicians

• Oversee daily scheduling, dispatching, and job completion

• Monitor performance metrics including revenue, average ticket, and conversion rates

• Ensure accurate diagnostics and high-quality repairs

• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure resolution

• Train and coach technicians in technical and customer service skills

• Drive maintenance agreements and IAQ sales

• Maintain inventory control and truck stock

• Work closely with install and maintenance teams for seamless operations

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Residential HVAC service experience (leadership preferred)

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Proven leadership and team management ability

• Experience with CRM platforms (Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, etc.)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Goal-oriented with a focus on performance and accountability
