Your Day-to-Day
- Support experienced technicians with HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn proper tools, techniques, and industry best practices
- Assist with troubleshooting and equipment service
- Help create a positive experience for every customer
- Follow safety standards while developing your trade skills
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Likes hands-on work and figuring out how things work
- Enjoys building, repairing, or working on mechanical projects
- Is dependable and eager to learn
- Doesn't mind working outside, in attics, crawlspaces, or changing weather conditions
- Wants to grow with a company and build a long-term career
Previous HVAC experience is helpful, but it's not required. If you have the right attitude, mechanical ability, and willingness to learn, we want to hear from you!
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- HVAC education or trade school experience is a plus
- Ability to lift 80+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
