We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of HVAC and Plumbing divisions, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage service, installation, maintenance, dispatch, sales, and office operations.
Develop strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance, analyzing financial reports to enhance margins and reduce costs.
Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Drive business growth through customer relationship management and market expansion.
Qualifications:
5–7 years of leadership experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or related industries.
Proven ability to manage multi-department operations and teams.
Strong knowledge of HVAC and/or Plumbing services, financial management, and operational performance improvement.
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience with CRM software preferred; valid driver’s license required.
