Position Summary
KHI Mechanical Services is seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Sales Manager to support the continued growth of our commercial service department. This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and providing commercial HVAC solutions that meet customer needs.
The successful candidate will work closely with operations, estimating, and service personnel to ensure projects are completed successfully while meeting established sales objectives.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC market.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with property managers, facility managers, contractors, and commercial clients.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, service agreements, and contracts.
- Present KHI's services and capabilities to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and secure new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to identify additional service opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitive activity.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer communications.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience, preferably within the commercial HVAC, mechanical contracting, or building services industry.
- Working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, and services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license.
