Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and other related components in residential homes.
- Ensure installations are done according to manufacturer specifications, local codes, and safety standards.
- Perform system start-ups and testing to ensure the proper functionality of equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues during and after the installation process.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain system operations, maintenance needs, and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance services provided.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
- Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
