WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As our newest HVAC Installer , you'll be on the front lines — installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Every day brings something different, and your expertise will directly impact the comfort and safety of the people we serve.
Your day-to-day will include:
Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers Safely and efficiently remove existing equipment prior to new system installation Ensure proper airflow, electrical connections, refrigerant charging, and full system startup on every job Adhere to all safety standards and local codes without exception Maintain clean, organized job sites throughout the duration of every project Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners and fellow team members Complete installs with a focus on quality workmanship that minimizes callbacks and supports long-term system performance
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
We're looking for someone with real experience and a real work ethic. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you:
Proven experience in HVAC/R installation, service, or a related construction/mechanical trade Strong working knowledge of HVAC design principles, refrigeration cycles, plumbing systems, and appliance repair Hands-on experience with welding, boiler maintenance, or property/equipment maintenance Comfortable operating diagnostic tools — ohmmeters and similar equipment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record A problem-solver who can work independently in the field AND thrive as part of a team Someone who takes pride in their work and their reputation
