Roving HVAC Technicians are responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing air conditioning systems across multiple properties or locations. This role provides flexible support where coverage is needed most, including filling in for staff shortages, assisting with high workloads, or handling urgent service requests.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair HVAC-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Complete full HVAC system replacements, including installation, calibration, and testing.
• Perform refrigerant adjustments, including leak detection, charging, and recovery, in compliance with EPA standards.
• Assist with work order reduction by prioritizing and resolving HVAC-related resident concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, equipment replaced, and refrigerant usage.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to reduce long-term repair needs.
• Ensure all HVAC-related tasks comply with company standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance staff to support overall operational goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to physically work on feet all day long and carry loads up to 75 lbs

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in HVAC systems
EPA Universal or TYPE I & II required
HVAC Certification
