About the Role
The Controls Engineer will lead the design, programming, and implementation of Building Automation Systems (BAS/DDC) for HVAC applications from concept through commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Design BAS/DDC systems, including sequences of operation and architecture
- Develop control drawings, wiring diagrams, and submittals
- Program controllers and graphics (Niagara, EcoStruxure, or similar)
- Support or lead startup, commissioning, and system validation
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance
- Provide technical guidance to field teams
- Maintain accurate project documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years in building automation or HVAC controls
- Experience with BAS/DDC system design and implementation
- Strong HVAC systems knowledge (RTUs, VAVs, AHUs)
- Familiarity with Niagara, EcoStruxure, or similar
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Visio and Microsoft Office

Pay range and compensation package
Pay: $80K–$110K (Based on Experience)
