A prominent organization in the HVAC/Plumbing Services industry is seeking a General Manager to lead and oversee operations in the Greater Hilton Head Island, SC area. This leadership role will be responsible for driving operational performance, financial results, team development, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations across service, installation, dispatch, sales, and administrative teams.
- Drive operational strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, customer experience, and overall business performance.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, P&L performance, pricing strategies, and key operational metrics.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing teams while building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Support business growth initiatives through customer retention, vendor partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of leadership experience within HVAC, Plumbing, mechanical services, or related home service industries.
- Proven experience managing multi-department operations with responsibility for P&L performance and financial results.
- Strong understanding of service and installation operations, workforce planning, and process improvement.
- Experience with CRM/service management platforms (ServiceTitan or similar preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team development skills.
