About this role
High-Level professional with solid Building Automation Systems (BAS) knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in Field Service, who provides full ownership of all assigned projects. Schedules, coordinates the execution of project work profitably and timely. Drives project success via compliance with industry standards, per specifications. Uses effective communications with internal and external resources. Demonstrated commitment to the HVAC, BAS and Construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage projects following project processes and where applicable provide direction to assisting Project Engineers.
● Complete projects per the contractual requirements within budget, on-time and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
● Responsible for the overall successful financial performance of assigned projects including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections, and complete project portfolio cost re-estimation month to month.
● Manage the delivery of the contracted scope, within budget and secure change orders for all scope expansion.
● Order and coordinate project materials and the use of shared resources; identify resource constraints and assist with corrective action plans to remedy issues.
● Manage relationships with and issues subcontracts to sub-contractors, identifying execution issues, and taking appropriate corrective action to remedy them.
Required Qualifications
● 2+ years' Project Management Experience
● High School diploma or GED
● Must have a valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications
● BA/BS degree
● Prior experience in Construction or HVAC
● Experience working with Building Automation
● Experience in risk management, project planning, project estimation, and project monitoring
● MS Office 365 Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, MS Teams, and OneDrive
● PMP Certification
● Ability to lead and motivate teams
● Strong problem-solving, planning and project management skills
● Demonstrated knowledge of project financial reporting
