About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Maintenance AC Engineer to join our growing team. This is a field-based role covering Essex and the London region, providing service, maintenance, and breakdown support on a wide range of commercial air conditioning systems.
You'll be working across a variety of sites including offices, retail units, and commercial premises, ensuring systems are operating efficiently and in line with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on split systems, VRV/VRF, AHUs, and FCUs.
Diagnose and repair faults on HVAC systems.
Carry out system checks, fault finding, and efficiency tests.
Maintain accurate records of work completed via a mobile device.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
Comply with health and safety policies and site regulations.
Requirements
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent).
F-Gas certification (2079 CAT 1 essential).
Proven experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair.
Full UK driving licence.
Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
