Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across sales, service, and support
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Drive revenue growth through new programs and market strategies
- Build and develop high-performing, engaged teams
- Ensure operational excellence, efficiency, and quality service delivery
- Analyze performance data and implement improvements
- Maintain strong customer focus and brand standards
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading teams in B2C/B2B service environments
- Proven track record of growing revenue and managing operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets/P&L
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or related service industries preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Required Skills
- Valid driver’s license; trade license a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
