Goldenrod Companies is launching something big in Atlanta… and we’re looking for a President to build and lead a new HVAC platform from the ground up.
This isn’t stepping into an existing role — this is a true build opportunity backed by a well-capitalized, fully integrated real estate developer with a strong pipeline already in place.

What You’ll Do
• Lead the strategy, operations, and growth of the HVAC platform
• Build and scale teams across installation, service, and maintenance
• Own P&L, budgeting, and overall financial performance
• Develop systems, processes, and operational structure
• Drive procurement strategy to maximize cost efficiency + margins
• Establish key relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients
• Partner with internal development teams to support active projects
• Ensure high-quality execution across all work

Who We’re Looking For
• 10+ years in commercial HVAC / mechanical contracting
• Current or former VP / Director / Executive-level leader
• Strong experience owning operations + P&L
• Proven track record of building teams and scaling businesses
• Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, install, and service operations
• Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who wants to build, not maintain
