Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Lead and manage day-to-day project operations across multiple job sites
Coordinate with company leadership, estimators, and construction managers
Develop project plans, timelines, staffing strategies, and resource allocation
Oversee teams, including 1–2 supervisors and their crews
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful delivery
Communicate daily schedules and updates with field and office teams
Prepare reports for management, clients, and stakeholders
Collaborate with general contractors and internal teams to resolve issues
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
Oversee coordination of Sheet Metal, Plumbing, and Piping work on-site

Qualifications

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required, College Degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of related project management experience
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and construction processes
Strong math skills (algebra, geometry, material calculations, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
