We're hiring an Entry Level Installation Technician: In this position you will be servicing residential & commercial HVAC equipment and Refrigeration. Repairing equipment, replacing parts, and full replacement of equipment.

Position: HVAC Installation Technician - Entry Level
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience+ Spiffs
Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm with occasional overtime
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Service Area: Bolingbrook, Burr Ridge, Darien, Hinsdale, Homer Glen, La Grage, Lemont, Lockport, Lyons, Naperville, Oak Brook, Romeoville, Westmont, Willowbrook, & Woodridge.
What You Will Be Doing
- Providing service, maintenance, repair & installation of Residential & Commercial HVAC equipment & Refrigeration
- Excellent customer service and communication with homeowners
- Educating customers on the benefits of preventative maintenance and Indoor Air Quality products and Services.
- Retrofit / Changeout Installations
- Equipment you will be working with:
- Furnace, AC, heat pumps, split systems, RTU's, walk-in & reach-in coolers, Freezers, chillers, make up air units etc.
- Duct work as needed
- We install Trane & Bryant equipment
Qualifications / Skills
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 6 months of HVAC experience, or combination of education and experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Self-sufficient and willing to learn
- Mechanical skills / aptitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Certification of completion from an HVAC Technical School is desired
- High school diploma or its equivalent
