We design and build equipment that solves real problems—not off-the-shelf products. Our focus is performance, efficiency, and long-term reliability.
Position Summary
We are looking for an Engineer to design custom HVAC equipment and solve real-world problems.
You will turn project needs into clear, buildable designs and work closely with our shop and team to make sure everything works in the real world.

Responsibilities
Design & Engineering
- Design custom HVAC systems and equipment layouts
- Review project specs and requirements
- Create clear, accurate designs that can be built in our shop
- Check drawings and details before they go to production
Problem Solving
- Solve design issues before they reach the shop
- Support production when questions come up
- Help troubleshoot issues during fabrication or installation
- Improve designs to reduce errors and rework
Product Improvement
- Help improve system performance and efficiency
- Simplify designs to reduce cost and complexity
- Support new product ideas and improvements
Team Collaboration
- Work with sales to develop strong project solutions
- Support project managers throughout the job
- Communicate clearly across teams
- Help support reps, engineers, and customers when needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 1–5 years of experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
- Strong skills in Excel
- Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD software
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects
Nice To Have (Not Required)
- Understanding of airflow, heat transfer, or HVAC system design
- Experience in manufacturing or fabrication
- Experience working with engineers, contractors, or project teams
- Interest in energy efficiency or system performance
Travel Requirement
- Occasional travel may be required based on project or customer needs
