WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Install HVAC equipment like a boss (we’ll train you)
- Train, learn, grow, repeat
- Stay curious, coachable, and keep leveling up (attitude is everything)
- Occasionally travel overnight for training or industry events (on us!)
- Represent the company like a legend in front of our customers
COMPENSATION
- $16 – $18/hour (depending on your proven awesomeness)
- Total Comp: $31K–$40K+ with spiffs, bonuses, and incentives
