NOTE: To be considered for this position, candidates MUST possess 5+ years of residential HVAC management and service experience, in addition to the requirements listed below.

What You’ll Lead:
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical departments, with HVAC as your core operational priority. You’ll partner closely with field leaders, office staff, and technicians to ensure we deliver 5‑star service on every call.
This role owns daily operations, team performance, workflow efficiency, and the customer experience. You’ll be the operational backbone of the branch — coaching teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring the business hits revenue, margin, and service goals.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of leadership experience in residential HVAC service operations
- Experience overseeing or supporting multi‑trade environments (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
- Service Titan proficiency — comfortable with dashboards, reporting, dispatching, and workflow management
- Strong understanding of dispatch procedures, payroll processes, and hiring/onboarding
- Proven ability to coach technicians, improve performance, and build a strong service culture
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- HVAC license preferred but not required
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:
- Oversee daily operations for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical teams with a strong emphasis on HVAC service performance
- Ensure efficient scheduling, dispatching, and workflow execution to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs, job costing, revenue goals, and operational metrics using Service Titan
Team Management & Development:
- Hire, train, and develop technicians and support staff
- Conduct performance evaluations, ride‑alongs, coaching sessions, and skill development plans
- Build a high‑accountability, high‑support culture that drives results and retains top talent
Customer Experience:
- Ensure every customer receives on‑time, high‑quality service aligned with our Satisfaction Guarantee
- Resolve escalations and support teams in delivering 5‑star service
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners
Business Performance:
- Support P&L management, budgeting, and operational planning
- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency improvements, and process optimization
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry best practices
