Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and guide a team of 8-10 sales professionals. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving team performance, fostering a positive sales culture, and ensuring profitable sales outcomes across HVAC, plumbing, electric, and sewer/underground services.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and coach the sales team as a core driver of company growth.
- Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Collaborate with the leadership team to help set the annual budget and provide accurate monthly forecasts.
- Sales Process Optimization: Provide recommendations to management on effective sales methods, techniques, and process improvements to drive performance.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain strong proficiency in spreadsheets, as sales books are tracked and integrated into the CRM.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base = $85k
- Commission = uncapped commission
- .5 % of all sales produced by the sales department, scaled based on a 12% minimum company profit. Paying 100% at 12%.
- Projected Year 1 Earnings = $150k -$190k
