Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technicians for a full-time, on-site position based in Goose Creek, SC. Responsibilities include inspecting, installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems for commercial properties. The role involves troubleshooting HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering high-quality service to meet client expectations. Candidates should be comfortable working with various HVAC system models and brands and demonstrate a commitment to completing projects efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HVAC system installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of safety protocols and standards related to HVAC systems
- Ability to effectively use tools and diagnostic equipment specific to HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude with attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant certifications such as EPA certification are highly beneficial
- Previous experience in commercial HVAC work is preferred
- Willingness to work on-site and flexibility to adapt to project demands
