Responsibilities:
- Sell and oversee a book of mechanical (HVAC) work
- Lead preconstruction, project execution, and field coordination
- Own project performance, financial results, and client satisfaction
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing project teams
- Drive client growth and long-term relationships while partnering cross-functionally
Qualifications:
- 8 + years of experience in construction project management
- Strong background in mechanical construction and design/build delivery
- Experience with life sciences or technically complex facilities preferred
- Proficient in MS Office; comfortable learning construction software
