Lands' has been in business in Beaufort County since 1989 serving residential and light commercial.
We are looking for maintenance/service technicians to join our team that are capable of diagnosing and troubleshooting air conditioners, heat pumps, and gas furnaces. Must be EPA certified with drivers license. 4+ years experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
Install new systems and parts
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Respond to emergency maintenance requests
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
Ability to handle physical workload

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
