Key Responsibilities- Partial List
- Install HVAC equipment with precision and care to meet customer satisfaction
- Ensure customers’ homes are protected and work is done cleanly, safely, and efficiently
- Submit job-related photos using Measure Quick for 100% quality control
- Collect all necessary signatures and outstanding balances, ensuring smooth project completion
- Educate customers on the proper operation of their new system
- Report key metrics after installation, including static pressure, refrigerant charge, and amperage draws
- Callback rate of less than 3%
- 100% accuracy in Measure Quick and invoice submissions
- A customer satisfaction score of 4.5 or higher
- Completion of work within the allocated time and adherence to Goettl’s high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and appearance
- Picture-perfect installations that meet municipal code requirements
Requirements
- Proven ability to work within a team environment and be committed to professional growth.
- 2 years of HVAC field experience- required
- Must have EPA Certification (Level II or Universal Certification) or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Ability to lift more than 50 lbs. and bend, stoop, stand and crawl for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and small spaces.
- Must have a valid driver's license and two years' satisfactory driving record
- Must be over 18
- For your safety, you must be able pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to provide a basic set of your own tools
- Must have flexibility to work schedule (days and hours including some nights & weekends)
