Position: HVAC Regional Sales Manager – East Coast
Location: East Coast Region (Remote with Travel)

Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – East Coast is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence throughout the Eastern United States. This individual will work closely with channel partners, support key accounts, and identify new opportunities across a variety of verticals. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems, paired with proven success in regional sales management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and market-share targets.
- Manage, support, and motivate manufacturer’s representatives, distributors, and other channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities through targeted outreach, market research, and industry involvement.
- Build strong relationships with consulting engineers, design-build contractors, facility leaders, and end users.
- Provide technical and commercial support at all stages of the sales process, including product selection, pricing, proposals, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, marketing, and aftermarket teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain accurate reporting on forecasts, pipeline activity, and competitive trends.
- Conduct presentations, training sessions, and product demonstrations for channel partners and customers.
- Travel throughout the East Coast region (up to 50%) as needed to support customer and partner engagement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in HVAC, mechanical equipment, data center cooling, or related technical industries.
- Strong understanding of building mechanical systems, heat transfer principles, and energy efficiency solutions.
- Demonstrated success managing a multi-state territory with reps or distributors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker able to work independently and drive results.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability and willingness to travel regionally.
