Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Mechanical Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Manage multiple projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical engineering, project management, and construction teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Conduct detailed design reviews and ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
Represent the firm in meetings with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) for plan approvals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Deep knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, and MEP standards.
Expertise in hydronic and refrigeration systems including HVAC, boilers, heat exchangers, and process cooling.
Proficiency in Revit is essential.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Proven leadership capabilities and a commitment to quality.
Ability to travel up to 25% and physically access job sites as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in HVAC design and mechanical system studies.
Active Mechanical PE license.

Location & Work Environment:

This is a remote position. Occasional field visits are required. Candidates should reside within one hour of a major commercial airport to facilitate travel.
