Position: Commercial HVAC Install Apprentice
Location: Buffalo, NY and surrounding areas
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (overtime and prevailing wage work available)
Compensation: Based on experience ($18.00-$24.00)

What We Are Looking For
NOCO is seeking a motivated HVAC Install Apprentice to join our Commercial Services team. You’ll learn from experienced professionals and gain the hands-on skills to grow into a trusted expert in the field.
What You Will Do
- Assist in installing commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment.
 - Learn to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems while working alongside skilled technicians.
 - Support senior installers with material handling, tool setup, and job site preparation.
 - Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications.
 - Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures.
 - Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers.
 - Adhere to all company, safety, and industry standards, including OSHA and EPA guidelines.

What You Will Need
- High school education or equivalent.
 - 0–2 years of HVAC experience.
 - EPA/NATE Certifications preferred.
 - Must be able to lift and move up to 100 pounds at a time.
 - Standing, reaching with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
 - Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn the HVAC trade.
 - Mechanical aptitude or experience in construction, plumbing, or electrical work preferred.
 - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
 - Safety-minded, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
