A leading HVAC manufacturer is seeking a
Senior HVAC Tech to lead technical support efforts for commercial and industrial HVAC systems. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting and prior management experience.
Key Duties:
Lead and perform technical troubleshooting (phone/field)
Supervise installations, warranty service, and field repairs
Train and support field technicians and internal staff
Coordinate with engineering, quality, and service teams
Qualifications:
Associate degree or 3+ years of HVAC technical and management experience
Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles and system controls
Skilled in diagnostic tools, documentation, and technical training
Proven leadership and communication abilities
