The Opportunity
As GM, you’ll oversee an $10M operation with a 35-person team across HVAC and Plumbing. You’ll shape strategy, empower leaders, and drive execution to deliver on growth, quality, and profitability.

- Lead operations, service, and install teams to achieve operational and financial excellence.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Execute on growth goals aligned to the brand’s vision and TurnPoint’s broader platform strategy.
- Develop future leaders, ensuring Wolfgang’s remains a destination employer in the Tempe area.
What You’ll Bring
