Compensation: $20.00/hr to $22.50/hr depending on experience
Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a half-hour lunch
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Acquire EPA Universal Certification within 3 months
- Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building code
- Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
- Knowledge of building science principles is a major plus but not required; one must be willing to learn
- Stellar mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mentality
- An awesome attitude and is a great team player!
Responsibilities
- Assist installation team on residential HVAC installation
- Excellent communication with homeowners
- Manage project timelines and work scope
- Being on time, reliable, and a team player daily! - be someone we can count on!
- Ability to keep track of tools and be well-organized
- Be self-sufficient and willing to learn
- Take pride in your work - maintain a clean working space and make things look like they should be on display at a store!
